Training Times from May 18th 2021
There are no joining or membership fees to pay.
Just pay as you train on each session - we have one of the most competitive rates.
Monday - Boxers Only - 6.30 to 8.00 pm
Tuesday - Up to 10 years - 5.30 to 6.20 pm
Tuesday - 11to 15 years - 6.30 to 7.20 pm
Tuesday - 16+ Adults - 7.30 to 8.30 pm
Wednesday - Boxers Only - 6.30 to 8.00 pm
Thursday - Boxers Only - 6.30 to 8.00 pm
Friday - Up to 10 years - 5.30 to 6.20 pm
Friday - 11to 15 years - 6.30 to 7.20 pm
Friday - 16+ Adults - 7.30 to 8.30 pm
Saturday - 5 to 8 years Young Rockys - 10.00 to 11.00 am
5 to 8 years Young Rockys Saturday only - £1.00 per session
Juniors up to and including 16 years - £1.50 per sessiom
17+ Adults - £2.50 per session
Visiting the club for the first time
Arrive at the club about 5 mins before the start time.
Wear comfortable loose clothing. trainers but not jeans or boolts.
Bring a drink of water in a plastic bottle - not fizzy pop and a change of top
for when it is cold - sometimes a towel is useful.
Inform the Coach of any medicqal probelms that may effect your ability to train.
Sanatise your hands on entrance, write you name and contqact details in the register and pay.
Please pass any valuables to the coach to put into the office for safe keeping.
There is limited car parking space and a pay and display car park very near by.
If leaving you bike outside, ensure it is adequately locked up and safe.
Suitable for all abilities and experience
It does not matter how fit or your ability level is, we
will help and guide you - we have a range of participants
from people with learning difficulties, minor health problems
to outstanding competitive elite amateur boxers.
We are a non-profit community sports club
Our coaching staff
Our coaching staff are England Boxing qualified,
CRB checked, First Aid trqined, and under gone Safe Guarding training.
Our coaches condut a varied session appropriate to the class.
Want to compete in amateur boxing?
You can compete in amateur boxing from the age of 10 years to 40 years of age.
You would first start as a beginner, improving and building your fitness up to a good level.
On this journey you would also learn all the boxing skills and techniques to allow you to box
in the many club shows, competitions and national competitions we attend regularly.
We host two club shows every year on which we showcase our boxing talent.
